What is a Mercantile?

The definition of mercantile is "a general store, or any business engaged in the buying and selling of products." We chose mercantile to be part of our name strategically, as we are not solely a gift shop, boutique, or market, but a company that strives to offer products and an experience inclusive of all people. We truly felt it was a unique word that fell in line with our company vision and brand.
